About Our School
The Rinker School of Business provides a highly respected, proven learning experience for students looking to make their mark on today’s global economy. Our programs incorporate essential business concepts with the added dimension of a Christian worldview, which provides an elevated level of preparation and produces graduates who are sought after for their knowledge, skills and principled decision-making.

Through internships and hands-on engagement with the business community, you will learn the principles required to prepare you to prosper in today’s dynamic business environment. Through study abroad opportunities, you’ll have the chance to study abroad in places such as Dubai, Shanghai, Vienna, Tokyo and Milan.
Accreditation
The Marshall E. Rinker Sr. College of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University has received accreditation for its business programs through the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB)
- In 2024, 94.3 percent of RCB graduates where either employed or in graduate school within the first 6 months from graduation.
- RCB accounting students taking the CPA had the second highest pass rate in the state of Florida in 2023.
- RCB marketing students placed in the top five, small schools, in the US, in the recent 2024 AMA case competition.

Since assuming the role of Dean in 2020, I have been happy to steward our school across two major areas of business and societal impact: the promotion of ethically-based free enterprise and the integration of faith-based business practices into our communities.
